Hiring Manager – Renewable Energy Software

Help lead the teams building the future of clean energy.

We’re looking for an experienced Hiring Manager to join our team at Intellisync and help us source and hire talented developers, designers, AI specialists, Product Owners and Engineering Managers. We are building mission-critical software for power plant control, energy management, and fleet optimization.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hiring remote technical talent, who enjoys interacting with developers, scientists and technical people, cares about delivering the best hiring experience, and is focused delivering real impact.

This role is fully remote.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit candidates across various technical fields in our R&D department

• Manage the whole hiring pipeline, from job ads to defining offers

• Lead the hiring team from phone screeners to experienced senior staff at the top of their field

• Track and report hiring statistics for the CTO and finance team

• Smart and gets things done

• Proven experience recruiting software engineers and technical teams in challenging hypergrowth environments

• Able to speak developer and knows the difference between PHP and C#

• Fluent with modern recruitment systems

• Experience working in diverse, globally distributed, remote teams

• 4-hour overlap with the CET time zone

• Eligible to obtain a visa and can travel to Italy within three months of hiring
