Join us as a Product Owner and help shape the future of clean energy. Lead roadmap and delivery for smart grid systems in a fully remote role with great perks and a mission-driven team.
Job description

Help shape the future of clean energy through better product thinking.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing team and help us deliver cutting-edge software solutions in the renewable energy space. You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive the roadmap for our Power Plant Controllers (PPC), central fleet management systems, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Rather than looking for someone who just manages tickets, we want someone who understands systems, cares about clarity and delivery, and can translate technical complexity into real-world outcomes. If you have a strong technical mindset, a bias for clarity and action, and enjoy turning product visions into working systems, we’d love to meet you.
This role is fully remote.
What You Will Do
Own and prioritize the roadmap for our PPC systems across wind, PV, BESS, green hydrogen, and microgrids
Define, manage, and communicate a clear backlog for both embedded and cloud components
Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment and clarity
Drive feature development for our central fleet management platform and its integrations with Farsight™
Track delivery milestones and sprint progress without getting in the team’s way
Be the go-to person for product clarity—ensuring what we build matches what our users need
